A special thank you to some of our guest attendees, Jahnvi Patel and Emory Peng for representing our Outbreak! 2017 alumni, and Dr. Barbara Poremba who gave a fantastic lecture entitled Remembering the Cocoanut Grove Fire on the 75th anniversary: Public Health and Safety Lessons Learned.

Join us on Saturday, November 4th for a day packed with wonderful opportunities to learn about the happenings of the Museum, meet community partners, and enjoy a tasty dinner with colleagues and friends.
The day will start with a 2 PM Memorial Celebration of the life of Chet Kennedy, one of the Museum founders. It will be followed by light refreshments and the business meeting will commence at 3:30 PM. Following the business meeting, guests will have the chance to meet local organizations that will be tabling with information about their groups. At 5 PM, we will have our guest speaker begin, then afterwards dinner will be served.
