Tewksbury State Hospital Cemetery Records.  Information on this site was obtained from original death records and vital records of patients who died at Tewksbury Hospital, located in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.

Tewksbury Historical Society continues to preserve, document and educate the community about local history.  Historical documents, images, photographs, census information and more can be found here.

Massachusetts Archives hold many records – for example: birth, marriage, and death records, military payrolls, petitions to the Legislature.

The Massachusetts Genealogy site houses an extensive directory of genealogy records including Middlesex County and the town of Tewksbury and Tewksbury Hospital records.

The Public Health Museum has begun digitizing Tewksbury Hospital‘s 19th Century Admission Ledgers. This project would not be possible without the support and work of the University of Massachusetts Lowell Library and their fantastic staff.
